工作原理
如下圖所示,由減壓閥 1 和節(jié)流閥 2 兩部分組成調(diào)速閥。節(jié)流閥和旋鈕連接,通過改變過流面積,實(shí)現(xiàn)流量控制。順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),節(jié)流閥的節(jié)流口 y 逐漸加大,通過的流量隨之加大, 用以控制流量 。圖中減壓閥左端U 腔的面積與V 腔和W 腔的面積之和相等,U 腔與節(jié)流口的出油口連通,V 腔和 W 腔與節(jié)流口的進(jìn)油口連通。由于 U 腔一端的液壓力加彈簧力與 V腔、W 腔兩個(gè)面積上的液壓力之和相平衡,因此,在節(jié)流間隙 y 的進(jìn)油口和出油口保持一定的壓差,該壓差就是由彈簧力來保持的。如當(dāng)進(jìn)油口或出油口的壓力有變化時(shí) ,節(jié)流閥前后的壓差亦變化,流量也將隨之變化,減壓閥芯在這一瞬間由于兩端受力不平衡而開始移動(dòng)。當(dāng)節(jié)流閥出口壓力升高時(shí) ,U 腔壓力升高 ,減壓閥閥芯向右移動(dòng),使減壓節(jié)流口Z 開大,減壓節(jié)流口壓力損失減小,因而節(jié)流閥進(jìn)口壓力升高,直到使節(jié)流口 y 前后壓力差達(dá)到原來的設(shè)定值,減壓閥芯又處于一個(gè)新的平衡位置,流量也隨之達(dá)到原來的值。反之,當(dāng)節(jié)流閥出口壓力下降時(shí),U腔壓力下降,減壓閥閥芯左移,使減壓節(jié)流口關(guān)小,壓力損失加大,從而節(jié)流閥進(jìn)口壓力也下降,使節(jié)流口 y 前后壓差保持在原來的值 。總之,不管負(fù)載如何變化,均可保持節(jié)流口前后壓差相對(duì)不變,從而使流量保持不變。同理,當(dāng)調(diào)速閥的進(jìn)口壓力發(fā)生變化時(shí),也將與上述過程相似,自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)流閥兩端的壓力差,使其保持不變。這種調(diào)速閥叫做壓力補(bǔ)償式調(diào)速閥,簡稱調(diào)速閥
一、先導(dǎo)式電磁閥
原理:通電時(shí),電磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)先導(dǎo)閥打開先導(dǎo)閥,主閥上腔壓力迅速下降,在主閥上下腔內(nèi)形成壓差,依靠介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)主閥關(guān)閉件上移,閥門開啟;斷電時(shí),彈簧力把先導(dǎo)閥關(guān)閉,入口介質(zhì)壓力通過節(jié)流孔迅速進(jìn)入主閥上腔在上腔內(nèi)形成壓差,從而使主閥關(guān)閉。
特點(diǎn):體積小,功率低,但介質(zhì)壓差范圍受限,必須滿足壓差條件(0.03MPa)。
二、直動(dòng)式電磁閥
原理:常閉型直動(dòng)式電磁閥通電時(shí),電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁吸力把閥芯提起,使閥芯上密封件離開閥座口、閥門打開;斷電時(shí),電磁力消失,靠彈簧力把閥芯上密封件壓在閥座口上、閥門關(guān)閉。(常開型與此相反)
特點(diǎn):在真空、負(fù)壓、零壓差時(shí)能正常工作,閥口徑越大,電磁頭體積和功率就越大。如我公司引進(jìn)*生產(chǎn)的直動(dòng)電磁閥可用負(fù)0.0999 Mpa真空。
三、反沖式電磁閥(分步直動(dòng)式電磁閥)
原理:它的原理是一種直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)相結(jié)合,通電時(shí),電磁閥先將輔閥打開,主閥下腔壓力大于上腔壓力而利用壓差及電磁力的同時(shí)作用把閥門開啟;斷電時(shí),輔閥利用彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉密封件,向下移動(dòng)關(guān)閉閥口。
特點(diǎn):在零壓差或約有一定壓力時(shí)也能可靠工作,一般工作壓差不超過0.6MPa,但電磁頭功率及體積較大,要求水平安裝。
