設備特性：
機頭：密針閥噴料，針閥采用錐度式硬密封，*磨損，*阻塞，混合頭*攪拌，計量精確（采用K系列精密計量泵）單按鈕操作，方便簡捷，隨時切換不同密度不同顏色。
設備性能：
聚氨酯發泡成型機，將彩鋼瓦放置在層壓機的下層上，經低壓灌注機噴涂出2種PU原液在金屬瓦上，智能型電腦控制，經烤箱處理，使聚氨酯2組份原液在層壓機之間完成三層于一體成型的聚氨酯彩鋼板。
設備優點：
1、智能型電腦自動控制，高溫發泡， 使原1料三層一次性一體成型，*使三種材料融為一體、其堅固性、閉合 性及平整 度，遠遠超出一般復合板。
2、聚氨酯*的性能，讓成型后的材料，隔熱、保溫、下雨無聲、防火達到B1級的優異功能.
3、一體成型更堅固，材料與瓦面接觸面達到*、抗風壓能有效抵御臺風侵襲.
